Fundraiser Yoga: Centering Immigrants & Allies

Centering immigrant voices and welcoming allies for gentle movement, Pranayama, sound, internal reflection, & optional sharing.

Reserve now

At a time when immigrant voices are being silenced, this gathering by first generation immigrant Meera Dhawan, offers space to slow down, offer connection, and honor the incredible lived experience of immigrants.

This donation based class centers immigrant voices while welcoming allies who wish to listen and uplift with care. All proceeds will go directly to funding immigrant families impacted during this challenging time. Class will move through gentle Asana (movement) followed by Pranayama and sound to uplift our voices, a guided internal reflection, and optional sharing. Together we’ll create space to hold our shared resilience, grief and belonging.
