Fall Book Club
at Tejal Yoga
Registration is open
We’re reading Yoga as Embodied Resistance by Anjali Rao, with weekly group discussion facilitated by Aditi Sharma.
Join Sundays, October 11th - November 15th at 10:45A–12P PT as we gather virtually to read, discuss, engage, and explore.
Anjali Rao is a yoga educator-practitioner, her work deconstructs the dynamics of power in yoga with a multi disciplinary approach integrating philosophy, art and history. She offers insight into the stories that have been obscured by heteropatriarchy, orthodoxy and colonization.
Yoga as Embodied Resistance illuminates essential, often unseen relationships between caste and gender in yoga.
