Created through the lens of Bhakti Yoga, this practice weaves together somatic affirmations, accessible yoga, pranayama, mantra, meditation, and reflective writing to support embodied healing and collective liberation. Inspired by yoga philosophy, sacred feminine wisdom, and practices of reconnecting with body, earth, and community, each gathering becomes an opportunity to begin again.
This is not about striving or fixing ourselves. Rather, it is an invitation to move with what is present, honor the body's intelligence, and cultivate deeper trust in our own rhythms.
