"I'm honored to offer this practice at Tejal Yoga because everytime I enter into this space, I feel grateful to be held within a community that is centered around the wisdom of Yoga and the wisdom of Sangha. The emphasis on social justice within yoga feels like a balm for the soul, a necessary reparation of culture through decolonized practice."
