Workshop: Yoga for a Summer Body with Aisha

A yoga workshop that challenges the myth of the "summer body" through movement, reflection, and embodied practice – because every body is already a summer body.

If you've ever been told you need to change your body before it's worthy of being seen, celebrated, or cared for, this workshop is for you.

In this special practice, Aisha combines yoga, reflection, and discussion to explore the cultural narratives surrounding the "summer body." Together, we'll examine how body shame, diet culture, fatphobia, and wellness messaging can shape our relationship with movement and self-worth, and how yoga can offer a different path.

Workshop: Yoga for a Summer Body with Aisha
“Yoga for acceptance and presence”
Jul 14th | 9a–10:15a PT

All bodies, abilities, and levels of yoga experience are welcome.

Rather than approaching yoga as a tool to fix, shrink, or transform our bodies, we'll practice connecting with ourselves exactly as we are.

Expect accessible movement, opportunities for reflection, and invitations to cultivate greater self-compassion and body trust.
