Pranayama & Breath practice, where you'll be guided through two breath technniques to support clear perception of yourself and your relationships. You'll be invited to notice what your tendencies are when your perception is clouded vs clearer, and how that can impact actions you take.
Mantra & Chanting and Pranayama & Breath practices occur on the 3rd Wednesday of each month.
