May: Practices for Perceiving Clearly

  • In May’s Mantra & Chanting practice, you'll be guided through chanting yoga sutras that emphasize the importance of perceiving clearly - whether that's ourselves or people in our lives. You'll be invited to reflect on how your internal state can impact your experience of each moment.

  • Pranayama & Breath practice, where you'll be guided through two breath technniques to support clear perception of yourself and your relationships. You'll be invited to notice what your tendencies are when your perception is clouded vs clearer, and how that can impact actions you take.
