You'll be invited to acknowledge what you are experiencing right now, whether it be, physical, breath, mental, behavioral, or emotional.

  • In this month's pranayama practice, you'll be guided through several breath techniques to help you explore all five dimensions of your physical being (Panchamaya). You'll be be invited to reflect how you are experiencing your life right now from a holistic lens.
