Mantra Practice for Relinquishing

  • In this month's mantra practice, you'll be guided through chanting Yoga Sutras 1.15, which describes the experience of vairagyam, or relinquishing control over the fruits of your actions. You'll be invited to explore what it means to place your attention on your efforts versus the outcome.

  • In this month's pranayama practice, you'll be guided through two breath techniques that foster your capacity for relinquishing control over the outcome. You'll be guided in exploring how you can focus on your efforts rather than the fruits of your actions.
